Hi Cyndi-

Assuming your question relates to the winged lifestages, the most obvious characters that pertains to both sexes and both winged lifestages is that Baetis have oblong hind wings, whereas Callibaetis have more squarish hind wings, and Baetis have short antennae, whereas Callibaetis have longish antennae.
