Site Editor Royse City, TXPosts: 1350 | According to a group of Oregon State University researchers, sublethal level of exposure to pyrethroids (a class of synthetic pesticides derived from naturally occuring chemicals in chrysanthemums) are causing caddisfly larvae to prematurely abandon their cases, and be incapable of rebuilding them with satisfactory substitutes.
