This mayfly was collected from unknown on January 14th, 2004 and added to Troutnut.com on January 25th, 2006.
The angle of this picture shows the characteristic frontal process of B. laurentina: it is well developed but does not extend beyond the anterior (Anterior: Toward the front of an organism's body. The phrase "anterior to" means "in front of.") margin of the head. In the angle most convenient, and the angle of most of the top-view pictures above, it looks like it extends beyond the head. The angle of this picture tells the truth.
